Responsibilities of the Responsible Person:

Create and develop the Quality Assurance department in close consultation with the Head of Quality

Endorse all the RP responsibilities in the context of clients‘ activities (implementing QMS, audit, Quality Agreements, risk assessments, assessing returns, coordinating recalls…)

Become the go-to-expert for all Quality Assurance (RP) related questions/problems

Engage in a trustworthy relationship with the clients

At a later stage: possibility to lead the team

The profile we are looking for:

Professional with experience as Responsible Person

In-depth knowledge of all aspects of GDP Quality Management System.

Thorough knowledge of the legislation and guidelines (GDP, Belgian Law of 25 March 1964, RD 14 December 2006)

Project management skills

Being able to cope with a broad range of projects and changing priorities

High level of independence

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office

QP certification and Responsible Person for Information and Publicity certification by FAMHP are an asset
