RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE QUALIFIED PERSON/RESPONSIBLE PERSON:
- Oversee all quality and compliance aspects related to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Endorse all the RP responsibilities in the context of clients‘ activities (audit, implementing and maintaining QMS, Quality Agreements, inspection, supplier qualification…) with the support of our Senior Expert Consultant (Coach)
- Juggle between different RP projects on a weekly basis.
- Maintain the QMS of our clients
- As part of Q-support you will also be involved in various internal tasks to make Q-support the best place to work (technical publication for our social media, internal procedure and processes…)
- Provide an impeccable service to the clients entrusted to you
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or another degree compliant with the Royal Decree of 14 December 2006
- We seek a colleague with minimum 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- (Willing to obtain) strong knowledge of the legislation and guidelines (Eudralex volume 4, Belgian Law of 25 March 1964, RD 14 December 2006, Good Distribution Practices)
- Registered and approved by the Belgian Authorities as Qualified Person in accordance with the Royal Decree of 14 December 2006 (Is a plus but not a mandatory)
- High level of independence, yet supervised by Senior Expert consultant
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
- Strong problem solving mindset and attention to details
- NL/FR/EN (English and NL are mandatory, FR is a plus)
